Product Area Manager Finishing Lines (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head (m/f/d) of our Finishing Lines product area with the following main tasks and requirements as of 01.01.2025:

Your tasks

As head of the division with overall responsibility, you will be responsible fpr the technological and commercial development of the product portfolio and ensure a sufficient return on sales. Your tasls will include:

• Management of the divisional team, consisting of the Design, Application Technology & Automation and Project Management department and - in close coordination with the CSO - Sales
• Responsibility for the operational results of the division in terms of sales realiz

Your profile

As a technical expert with leadership and management experience in coil processing, you know how to motivate your team to perform at their best with your convincing and motivating communication skills in order to achieve the company's goals. You also qualify:

• Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/computer science or industrial engineering or similar
• Proven success in a comparable role
• High level of business management knowledge and experience
• Strong process and organizational development skills
• Goal-oriented and assertive thinking and acting with a high level of agile management skills
